Affinito S.R.L. ships exclusively within Italy.

The cost of standard shipping is €6.00. For orders over €100.00, shipping is free.

Shipping costs are the same throughout Italy, including any remote locations or islands, unless otherwise communicated to the customer before the order is concluded.

Preparation and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from the shipment of the order, barring delays not attributable to the seller or force majeure.

The times indicated are purely indicative and may vary during sales, holidays, promotions, or due to logistical reasons beyond the control of Affinito S.R.L.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

Once the order is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during purchase.

Affinito S.R.L. reserves the right to contact the customer if there are problems related to product availability, entered data, or payment.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to current legislation on e-commerce and consumer protection, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without being obliged to provide reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication to the email address info@affinitocamiceria.it, indicating the order number and the products they intend to return.
