These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the retail sale of clothing items and related products marketed by AFFINITO S.R.L. through its e-commerce website.

The products are described and presented on their respective product pages as accurately as possible. It is understood that any minimal differences between what is displayed on the screen and the actual product may depend on the settings of the device used by the user and do not constitute a defect in the product.

Eligible Purchasers

Only users who have reached the age of majority and act as consumers or, where permitted, for professional purposes, may make purchases on the website.
